Planning on changing the brakes in my wrangler this spring. Should I go with the same stock one or get something better after market. I currently run 33s on it with a 2.5in lift. Tires are fairly heavy. Can anyone tell me what I should be looking at to get the right ones?

Thanks

Teraflex sells a big brake kit. Several companies sell "better" rotors but I can't speak to whether or not they actually are better. The TF big brake kit has its fans. You will need 17 inch wheels to fit the rotors though.

I use Wagner Thermo Quiet ceramic brake pads and I have been very satisfied. You can get them on Amazon for the front for about $36. I am always looking to upgrade too so I am curious to see what others recommend. The only thing that I dislike about the Teraflex big brake kit is that you forever have to use Teraflex brake pads. They may be great brake pads, but I just like to have options.
