Starting this thread to showcase my build; Picked up my first Jeep, a 2010 Rubicon Unlimited with a Dakota Customs 6.1 hemi swap. Love the Jeep, but not a fan of the current style. I'm going to alter almost all components, and setup the truck for where I live (sand, light dunes, high speed trails).

Here's the starting point....

Picked it up with 35k miles from North Carolina, and drove it home to Vegas across 3 days, more mileage than the previous owner put on the Jeep in several years.

The road trip was great, Charlotte to Nashville, through to Dallas, and straight through to Vegas. From forest, to plains, through Snow, and into the Desert, the truck ran great, ran cool, and did 22 hours straight for the final leg.

Went with an RSE aluminum stubby bumper, modified to house a 20" black series light bar, with aluminum welded tabs on the inside to hold the light bar in place:
