If you're hard on your Jeep, such as jeepspeed or jumping, they can be quite useful to prevent destroying mounts, bushings, etc. they're hydraulic, so much better than the usual rubber/poly bumpstops.

So it would be an upgrade I would already have a bump stop? I just noticed some lift kits offer these with the lift and was wondering if you needed them because of the lift itself. You would think at 40K a rubicon would come with this kinda stuff included

These also work well if the roads are rough by where you live. Also they let you cruise in a little more comfort when out on the trail as they absorb a lot more of the shock while just driving. I have only used mine getting too and from trails but they make the ride much more enjoyable and by the end of the day your body can def. feel the difference.
