Yes, depending on the weight of that bumper and your spring rate, it may even be higher than factory height

No, I added a teraflex leveling kit to my jeep to level it they added a bumper and winch and it dropped 3/4 of and inch so now the rake in back. My bumper and winch weights 165 pounds. Stock bumper about 40 pounds. Not wanting to go any higher I replaced my front and rear coils springs. My stock springs were 14 front and 56 rear I changed them to 18 front and 58 in the rear.
I got 1/2 in the rear and 1 1/2 in front and it's level again. I did remove 1 of the front pucks from the leveling kit.

after a few years. eventually your bumper and extra weight will compress your oem coils so much that you'll be low riding. it's beneficial to upgrade to heavier duty coils when you start adding bumpers and weight.
