Hey everyone, I've been having some trouble with my soft top, namely the portion of it that covers the passenger door. I couldn't search it up since I can't really describe the issue, but its like the passenger side is snarled up inside the door frame and causes rain to fly into the cabin when I put the window down and make a sharp turn unless I pry it out with a screwdriver before hand.

Is this a common issue and how can I fix it permanently?

Pictures will do it more justice.

Also, when I pop it out of its snarled up position with a screwdriver, it still doesn't fully cover the door like the driver's side. It just doesn't remain bunched up. There is still bare door frame exposed.

The cable that runs through the outer seam of the top is spring tensioned and is what pulls it down snug to the door surrounds. Take a look at the cable termination/spring on the side that is not laying correctly.
