Does anyone know if the Superchips Flashpaq has this function? Looking to jump off headlight to run running lights and dam flicker is a pain.

From what I understand you need to put a resistor in line with the headlights to stop flicker. Each manufacturer offers a pig tail resistor for their lights.

This. Read the thread at the top of the page about the CANBUS system.

Using Appcar, I was able to stop the flickering by changing the bulb type to HID(?). If Flashpaq allows you to do this or similar, it may work.

Supposedly the JScan app can tell the Jeep to change the PWM voltage to constant for LED lights but I am not sure if it covers all years. I am using the Susquehanna box on her 15 JKUR. The first relay I had in my 09 was one that I took off my TJ when I sold it. It worked fine for a few years and then the contacts started sticking. Had to tap it with a wrench to get the headlights to turn off. I replaced it with another cheap ebay relay and the trigger voltage of the new one was higher and I had to add a Truck-lite anti flicker harness to get the relay to turn the headlights on.
