I am having an issue... I am ready to order my wheel/tires but i just cant decide what to get.

I will be doing VERY little off road.

Wheel will be ROCKSTAR II

just not sure of:

20" x9 w/ nitto trail grappler 35x12.50x20
or
17"x9 w/ duratrac 315x70x17

will have a teraflex 2.5 lift.

The Duratracs are much better choice particularly because you will do little off roading.

Rim size is a personal preference because again you will be mainly on the road. There are a lot more tire choices in 17 than 20 for Jeeps for future consideration. Also, the taller sidewalls on the 17" rims will provide better ride quality.

I went from stock 17" to a 15x8 wheel.
35x12.50x15 General Grabber AT2

For the Pro Comp 52 Rock Crawler wheels, and tires, cost me $980 out the door.
Saved myself almost $400 going to a 15" wheel.

The ride quality is amazing, very plush.
Only downside is some 15s don't fit over the calipers, I believe they work on 2007-2010 or 2011 JKs
