My 11 Jk came with a rough country 1.75" spacer lift with shocks from the dealer. with the windows and/or top down all you hear is squeaking over the every little bump. When you shake the jeep you hear it. is the shocks or bushings maybe? Also, the rear shocks don't seem like they are tightend down enough at the bottom . They move in between the brackts. I figure this is normal but correct me if i'm wrong. Also thinking of switching out to fox factory performance shock so when I upgrad to a 2.5" lift my shocks can transfer.

shocks shouldnt have any movement at the bottom. also check the top 2 bolts on each side where it attaches to your frame.

yea I think most of the squeaking comes from the front. but for the rear bottom, its as if the bolt diameter is too small for the shock and opening moves around the bolt.

Easy to determine the source.

Lay under the jeep and have someone rock the suspension.
