I need 12' coaxial cable, the problem is Firestick only makes 9' and 18'. Can I use a 3' jumper with a female female end to make it 12', without messing up my SWR?

Yes.
Might be hard to find one with the SO239 (female) connector. Usually get the jumper with PL259's (male) the join the with a barrel connector (female - female).

Or use the 18' one and tuck the excess somewhere, most use a figure 8 lay, don't do a tight coil.

When I do my wiring, I like it tight, and invisible. It would be hard to leave 3 feet of coaxial laying around. My plan is to go through the driver side tail light, and follow the wires all the way to the front, I think it will take about 12 to 13 feet of cable. I am just going to buy the firestick K48R18 Coax Cable w/Low-Profile Fire-Ring and Stud. I will leave about 2 feet extra and cut the rest.

Thanks for your guys input

Another idea: buy the 18' cable and route it as desired. If it is too long, simply cut off the excess (leave a few extra inches for some slack) and solder on a new connector.
