Agree, go look for used. You don't need 100% tread.
^^ This, since you are selling the jeep in a few months and its the spare and doesn't need to match the tires on the ground.

. . . Of course you do realize if you sell privately, that an informed buyer will discount the price they are willing to pay for the Jeep with a spare tire that does not match the others.
Unless all tires are brand new with the tire hairs (aka vent spews] still intact, an "informed buyer" won't place any value on the tires whether or not they match.

The cost of a set of tires is always factored into the price I am willing to pay.
