Walmart has cheap tires and will patch them, or you can get a 30x9.5 KO2 for just under 150.. don’t know how cheap you are looking for. . Might want to try your local tire shop: allot of the times when trucks or SUVs get new tires they leave decent used ones you could pick from

That's how I look at it as well. The tires are about due for replacement, I just don't want to sink $700-$1000 doing it when I know the sale price won't go up a penny if I do.

Certainly a reseller can bring up the age of the tires or mismatching spare as a negotiating point, but that's just life. I'm not expecting to make a mint off the car. Just around KBB.

Thanks for the suggestions. The guys who inspected my tire told me they don't sell used tires and I should go to the "seedier part of town" to find them ... funny how things change. When I was a kid everyone bought used tires and retreads.

Thought this was funny, when I was barley driving I could go to any tire shop around the corner and grabbed a 80% tread life used tire for nearly the price of a tank of gas. Now every time I go unless I go to a shop that I saw replace a set of tires spontaneously makes used tires vanish into dust
