Just got this jeep runs and drives like a champ. But when I put it in 4x4 the engine light comes on and stays on. If I undo battery ect then hook everything back up it's gone until I put it into 4x4. Need help thanks.
You need to read the error code when the light is on.
Most years you can just turn the ignition key On, Off, On, Off, On, don't start it, codes will display in the odo.
Or, you can get Autozone, etc to read the codes.
