Yes you "CAN" is it something you would want to do... Probably not.
Stock CJ's had their transfer case drop on the passenger side. Ford axles have the diff on the drivers side meaning you have to either get a new transfer case or swap the axle tubes and knuckles. The ladder part is only on extreme hardcore builds because of the massive amount of work it is to re-tube an axle.
You are better off finding a chevy dana 60. However none of these axles will be a "bolt in." If that is something you are looking for you may want to give dynatrac or curry enterprises a call.
