I am receiving the check light code 17. Something about my engine not reaching 20 deg C in 5 minutes. What could be causing this? Has anyone else ever dealt with it? Can it have something to do with my leaky RMS?
1997 Wrangler TJ with a 4.0 6cyl. It is just code 17 from what I have researched. But further observation on my vehicle revealed that I am getting code 12 and 27. (Way to pay attention.) Having a lot of problems with my distributor cap/rotor being destroyed while trying to start it. Old cap's coil post blew off, and the rotor was fine. New cap blew out on the side, both new AND old rotors destroyed.
