hey, anyone interested in going to the Coke ovens tomorrow? The Coke ovens can be reached from Price Rd in Florence similar to Elvis and Box canyon. Mike

count me in. its an hour an 15 mins from my house to meetup. Please post around 630 that were still "a go".

well, that was fun, but we got a little sidetracked. :sneaky: instead of heading back the way we came, we crossed over the Gila river and went south and then made our way back to Florence. Here is Joe in action:

FYI - the Coke Ovens are CLOSED, and on private property.

Only a couple technical points, otherwise a little of everything to play in. Yes Adam, there was water.

Cant tell from the angle, but Mike ran down side of the wall passenger side eliminating the dropoff
