My jeep is kind of a daily driver, my wife drives it about 3 times during the week, and i always drive it on the weekends. I really want to get the Currie Anti-Rock swaybar because i am sick of disconnecting my sway bars everytime i want to go offroad. Anyone run them, and how do they perform on road. With my wife driving the jeep, i dont want too much roll.

Sorry, but also, how do they perform offroad. Do they really perform as well as having the sway bars disconnected?

The anti-rock is on my short list. I too would like to hear some opinions about it.

Hey scout, your fenders look good. My buddy and I are working on my fenders before we put them on, I got the PSC 3" tube fenders. We are doing some filling and bondo work before we paint them. Hopefully they look as good as yours.

Thanks. I'm sure you're will turn out great. I really like the idea of the 3" flairs over the 4.5". I KNOW you'll love yours when they're finished. I have to say of all the things I've done to my Jeep this one is one of my favorites. Post ups pics as soon as you get them done. I can't wait to see!!!

After wheeling connected, disconnected, and with a currie anti rock you won't find any other piece of hardware to help control sway other than the anti rock. It made the biggest difference in the way my rig handled off road. Side hills were more enjoyable and it caused my rear suspension to do more of the work. It was worth every penny I invested into it :)

forgot about your wife.... since my rig is setup differently than a coil sprung rig I guess you would want my opinion on a normal type rig. My buddy Eli also has the anti rock installed on his JKS short armed rig. He is running RE 3.5 coils with a 1.25 JKS body lift. It is a fairly heavy rig with a heavy duty bumper, warn winch, full doors, roll cage and complete interior. I drive it from time to time and there is quite a bit of roll in the body. It isn't so much that I'm afraid to drive it and it still feels stable on road but it isn't something I would press through the twisties. It is just like any jeep though and you eventually get used to it.

Thanks for the info Cliff. Sounds like something i need to purchase. Maybe Santa (my wife), can bring me one for Christmas.

I run the Anti-Rock on my Long Arm coil sprung TJ and I love it also. I now leave it set on the loosest setting all of the time for driving on and off road. Does it flex as much as it would with no sway bar? No, but it's pretty damn close. Only time I would ever disconnect it would be to ramp it for a score. Also like Clifford said I like it on off camber spots a lot more with the Currie.

As for your wife it is adjustable so if she found one setting too much then in a matter of about 3 minutes you could stiffen it for her.

I highly recommend it.

I run the anti rocks on the front of our Rubicon, and the front, and rear of my YJ. There is no better off road, full articulating, traction device made. The wife drives our Rubicon to work every day, 70 miles total, and has no problem with them. The greatest thing is being able to just go off road, with no adjustments necessary. It also makes the rear suspension work harder, as it loads up, giving you much greater traction, in off camber, and heavy articulating, situations.

If it makes you feel any better, it is what all the pro's use.
