Yeah, I used several different ones when I was practicing. I would recommend using several types just because the actual exam may not exactly be the same type QSO format you practiced. When I did mine, it was different and threw me off.

Heck, what am I saying? I forgot that there is no longer an exam... Sorry.

I still think the FCC should have kept the code element for the Extra.

I had to do it, so they all should have to as well! (How's 'Old Fart' does that sound? :D)

It is good to see that you guys have an interest in CW!

I actually have more interest in tradition and less in the actual CW. I'm third generation ham, so I was born into it. My father has been licensed 'round fifty years or so.

I actually am interested in learning CW for the pleasure of learning a new skill now rather than an archaic requirement of a test.

Going to concentrate on passing the element 3 pool first though!
