Ok so to start, I have a 90 yj that had the 2.5L motor. It now has a Chevy 406 small block with a 700r4 transmission and an np231c transfer case. I am trying to figure out how to hook the vacuum lines for the 4wd to the gm transfer case. The hoses are already hooked up to the actuator on the axle. Had anybody ever done anything like this? Or does anybody know anything about how to do it?

If yours is out of an S series blazer/truck you should have a vacuum switch on the t-case. One side connects to manifold vacuum the other port goes to the CAD diaphragm. The GM system uses a spring in the actuator to release it when in 2wd. However with v-8 horsepower and the CAD being a weak link in your axle it would probably be best to just swap your 2 pc right shaft with a one piece from a TJ. Same as the Blazer guys replacing the 2pc right shaft with a one piece from an Astro or Bravada. Also there are several threads here about homemade posi lock devices.
