Hey all. Im looking for advice. What should I do.....
Put good Ltd Slips in my current axles or find the 44s off a smashed rubi? Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

It really depends on how you are going to be wheelin it. With smaller tires a lot of people can make a D35 work for them. If you are going larger as in 33 or up then you will want to get rid of the 35 at some point in time. Rubicon axles are still pretty expensive when people find them. But you can supplant a Ford 8.8 or a Wrangler 44 in the rear and have plenty of strength. It's the rear that take the brunt of the beating.

throw a locker or LSD in your front D30. Then after you have more of an idea of what you want in the future, deal with the rear then. As mentioned before the rear will take the brunt of the beatings, so the odds of breaking the D30 are pretty low. Also if you do break the D30, the odds of being able to drive home in 2wd are much higher than if you snap a D35. If you later decide to upgrade the D30 with a super 30 kit, you can upgrade it without changing spline counts, and thus will not have to buy a new locker / lsd :)
