After working to eliminate my Death Wobble and (now) tire shimmy, I pushed the passenger-side axle shaft against the inner axle seal and a leak resulted. I came across a great website that I will use for reference:

Dana 30 Axle Seal Replacement

A mechanic is coming over to help me with the job (second time working with him). Are there any tips that anyone has to offer? I'm going to use red Loctite instead of silicon.

About how many hours of a job is this? I have changed my own unit bearings, had help with the ball joints, and I replaced my own steering parts, so this is a little more complex, but will get me back on the trail w/o any more leakage.
