Does my Jeep know this this shit is going down tonight?

or do I need to adjust the clock?

I can't believe we still do this in our modern world.

This must be a government conspiracy to turn the people that live in certain states into zombie like creatures for six months.

Do I lose an hour or gain an hour? If it's gaining, I'm ALL for it! For tonight, anyway.... :D

What the hell is this Daylight Savings that you speak?

And time travel? Is this some sort of voodoo or black magic?

Or do you truly have "THE" Delorean?? :rofl2:

Funny, everyone is from the south that complains about Daylight Savings time.

If you have the 430n or above it should automatically adjust unless you turned off that setting. Should be on from the factory though in most places.

Can't speak to the base unit as I've never used it.

Always remember kiddies:

"Spring Forward, Fall Back"
Move clock one hour forward in spring. One hour back in fall.

Indoctrination flashback from my childhood.

I don't know how Arizona avoids this disfunction. I hope you Arizonites enjoy your extra hour. Just remember, we're taking it back in the fall.

Gotta love working 15 hours last night when it should have been 8.35 to come home knowing you'll get only 5 hours of sleep max tgen having your gf tell you it's daylight savings time, now that 5 hours is 4 ( realistically 3) and I have to work from 0600 to 1435 then start again at 2000 to 0435 so I'm sooooooooo happy about it. Atleast the hours in working are almost all over time and I'm off Monday tusday , money for jeep parts :)

We did away with the DST when I was about 7 or 8 years old....than someone convinced them to get it back about 8-10 years ago....IDK that it is "better" but it is different.....seems odd to me still that we are on "Eastern" time zone...should be on central....and to make it worse of course part of the state is on the other time zone....one of the few things about IN I don't like.....

Both 430N and 730N have a DST button but it needs to be selected; it won't do it automatically. If it did, I can already see the threads "How to disable your clock from automatically adjusting DST".

RE Arizona: I rather press a button twice a year, than having to remember the whole year how many hours I am ahead or behind from the rest of the country.
