Did you read link about how to diagnose and follow the step-by-step procedure?

It's pretty easy to follow and it has a very high success rate in troubleshooting the source.

Have you taking a look at your steering components?

DW is almost always front track bar torque, bad/worn bushings, oval holes or a combo of any.
Then there's the concern of other components gone bad (because of the DW) like ball joints, tie rod ends, control arm bushings. It important to go through the entire front end. Fix all worn, broken or ovaled out parts
