ive ran procomps for over 20 years, since their original MT. I have the new at sports on my awd explorer. great mileage and decent in light offroad, ive never been in the rocks with them, only dirt roads, dunes, so cal desert terrain. They are good in the snow and wet roads. never ran the falcons so i couldnt compare. They will be replaced with the same thing once these are worn.
I run the xmt tire which i love on my jeeps for the rocks and high speed desert. But the new bfg mt3 looks promising, i just never got that much life from bfg before, which is why i run the xmt. My oldest set has about 40k on them after 9 years and still sees trail duty without a failure yet. Ive ran almost every mud tire out there in the past 27 years. Procomps and maxxas will always be my choices, cooper has some nice offerings which was the original mfg of the procomps before they changed to the xmt2. I cant tell you who makes the new tires but its one of the major tire companies.
