ive ran procomps for over 20 years, since their original MT. I have the new at sports on my awd explorer. great mileage and decent in light offroad, ive never been in the rocks with them, only dirt roads, dunes, so cal desert terrain. They are good in the snow and wet roads. never ran the falcons so i couldnt compare. They will be replaced with the same thing once these are worn.

I run the xmt tire which i love on my jeeps for the rocks and high speed desert. But the new bfg mt3 looks promising, i just never got that much life from bfg before, which is why i run the xmt. My oldest set has about 40k on them after 9 years and still sees trail duty without a failure yet. Ive ran almost every mud tire out there in the past 27 years. Procomps and maxxas will always be my choices, cooper has some nice offerings which was the original mfg of the procomps before they changed to the xmt2. I cant tell you who makes the new tires but its one of the major tire companies.

My $0.02 worth.. I run the Falkens p285/70R17s.. on both my JKUs.. Have had on 1 for 30K+miles -- really pleased.. good traction on wet pavement .. LOW noise on Hwy.. Good in Snow when we get it.. Just put set on the other last week.. Both are DDs not much off road.

Same. Been very pleased with them so far. Very nice multi use / all around tire.

And so quiet. Didn’t expect them to be that quiet.
Thank you guys, I really am leaning towards the falken. The sales guy is not going to like it because they don't sell them, going to get them at a great price. I am buying wheels and tires, just starting the never ending build.😎
The ProComp is a better tire than it's given credit for, and made by Maxxis. But the Falken is one of the best A/T's on the market right now. You wouldn't go bad with either, but the Falken is the better choice. If the milder tread pattern of the ProComp is ok, you should also consider the Toyo ATII. Also one of the best AT's, it just has a milder looking tread pattern that many Jeepers don't think looks aggressive enough.
I ran the Falken's and my previous truck and we have them on my wife's Grand Cherokee right now. I loved the tire on both vehicles. It did great in Northern Idaho winters. I'll likely switch back once the Duratracs that I bought my Jeep with are in need of replacement.

General Grabber ATX is what I am getting. They are pretty light and comparable to the bfg ko2.
