Recently broke the spider gears in the fear diff of my 93 YJ. I ordered new gears assuming is was a standard Dana 35 but when I got the new gears and went to put them in they were too big for all four to fit in. I took all the shims out and was able to get three of the four in it and realized the axle gears fit loose inside the diff. I ordered the Crown Standard Differential Gear set and Morris 4x4 confirmed that was the correct set for my jeep. So the only thing I could think of is a previous owner has swapped something in the rear end. the numbers on my diff cover are
43225
330 2
Rev-f
9 25 91

Maybe I'm missing something, but if anyone can help me out here it would be appreciated, cause I miss driving my jeep!

Pics of the rear axle and differential/carrier. You might not even have the Dana 35 any longer. Or the PO, like you said, swapped in a new diff/carrier.

It's a dana 35c. I've found four different kinds of spider gears that say they fit a 93 Wrangler...
