2013 Jeep JK 2 Door For some reason the carpet in the back is not staying put, I don't know what the previous owner did to screw it up. How could I fix this? Is this common? Thanks in advance

It's pretty crappy carpet to begin with. I have areas that have been sticking out since zero miles. You could velcro that part or remove the entire thing and bed line it...or get aftermarket carpet.

Looks like a proper stretch and re tuck would do the trick....
Re curl the edges or even iron them flat.
Perhaps using some 2 sided carpet tape would also help.

You can take the back carpet out. Believe it or not. LOL
I would try this idea. Starting with jut the edges that appear to be folded over. Put some Hot Water on the carpet edges and then put the edges on a flat surface with something on top to keep it flat and let dry. And see if that works. Just an ideal. Could work.
And then work on the rest of the carpet. It will take some time.

Unlike most vehicles the carpet is designed to take out to dry and them put it back. It never fits as good as with most cars. Especially if it has ever been taken out.
