Hey everyone, I ordered Plugs, wires, and the cap and rotor for my 1999 Wrangler today with a 4.0L. Any tips on doing this job on my Jeep? First time doing it, for some reason I've never had to do it myself yet... lol.

I'm also going to be doing the manual trans fluid soon, I ordered a gallon of Redline MT90, any tips for that would be appreciated too!

Thanks

Its actually quite easy and straight forward...

Quick tip off the top of my head is get one of those elbow sockets so you can get to the plugs a bit easier but other than that, its quite easy to do...just take your time goin through it. The plug wires will be labled so just match them up when you reinstall...oh, and make sure the plugs are gapped correctly.

As for the tranny fluid...get a fluid pump and your experience will be a lot easier...well worth it

My only advice would be to make sure you have a socket extention and pivot joint to get the front plug past the a/c compressor if you have a/c
