Am I doing something wrong? Would like to have my dome light working properly if I can. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear from you.

Couple things come to mind. Did you turn the switch on the turn signal stalk to the position where the dome lights come one and stay on? Did you hook the connectors back up on both doors when you put your doors back on?
