Was replacing my valve cover gasket on my 92 2.5L. I took the rear PCV hose off, then I noticed another hose attached to a nipple that looked like a small valve screwed into the front driver side of the valve cover. The part was definitely clogged. I need to replace it but I have no idea what it is called. Any help would be appreciated.

That part is called the "______ orifice". I am sorry but I forgot the name, but the part replaces the PCV valve. If it is clogged, it needs to be carefully removed and cleaned out. Then attach the hose to it. This opening is small and precisely engineered for the 2.5 engine.

Take care,
