That same display was used in dozens of Chrysler products, it's just generic.

My 2008 2-door just says 'DOOR AJAR' no picture, no gate or anything so either door or the tailgate that's it.

The warning light for this, on my XJ, was a sedan with its trunk open.

And I don't think that Jeep ever made a sedan version of the XJ.

Guess I have to lower my expectations. After all like everyone says its a Jeep.

But really, how hard would it be just to make it right?

They really would just have to take out 2 dots in the top pic and 6 dots in the lower pic.

Too much work.

Hardly worth their time to change the icon for every model. Not something I'd give a second thought to.
