Hi all,

Drilled 3 holes in my windshield to install the windshield bracket for my snorkel. Noticed the upper hole is deep enough for the rivet I need to use, but the lower two holes have something behind it so the rivet can't go all the way in.

Since I'm not sure what's in the way inside the windshield frame I don't know if I can drill in it so the rivet will properly fit. I'm afraid I will damage something without realizing it.

Does anyone have any clue?

Different holes:

Rivet does not go all the way into the lower 2 holes:

Thanks,
Martin

Well I just hoped for the best and assumed if I'd do it slowly and put enough pressure the rivet would go in more. And luckliy it did! So no additional drilling was required :thumb:
