I'll be watching this space. You'd lose a lot of the traction control and likely freak the computer out. Might also sacrifice fuel economy. But I'd love to see someone try it. I despise this horrid DBW.

I assume you don't like the throttle response. Did you try to calibrate the pedal? Insert key in ignition, turn it to the run position, not start, then slowly push gas pedal to floor and slowly let up and turn key off then you are done. Should help with lag and bog down. Worked on my Hemi Ram too-I think also on other throttle by wire made by Chrysler.

The DBW throttle response is calibrated to make it easier to drive off road. There are devices that can minimize the lag, but the stock set up works very well for it's intended design.
