So I got my jeep about 6 months ago it has never had a horn or driver side air bag, so I thought. The other day I took the aorbag off and saw the white bag folded in its compartment. My aorbag light on the dash is still on though, and the horn doesn't work, if I push like pushing a horn, it just compresses with ease. What is wrong??? Is it wires?

A more precise description of the "clock spring" is that coiled up electrical cable inside the steering wheel that connects everything electrical (horn, air bag, cruise control, etc.) that moves with the steering wheel to the rest of the Jeep. It's called a clock spring because it kinda looks like one, it's not really a clock spring. :)
