Last week I was getting into my jeep and I noticed a scuff on my driver side fender. I don't know when it happened. Now I'm stuck with an unwarranted scuff.
What are my options to getting this fixed?

Do I go through insurance and get it fixed?

Do I take it to a body shop and get it painted?
If I go this route, how much would something like this cost?

You still don't wan't to go through insurance for this.

It may clean up well with polish and a buffer.
If it bothers you that much, order some color matched spray paint online with your paint code, or have it professionally painted.

Take it offroad and screw up the other side so that it has a friend.

looks like an easy fix. Me myself I would just get it muddy and forget about it. When I bought my first wrangler I was super anal about scuffs after a year I no longer cared and my next to got scuffs right from the get go and never gave them a second thought.

unless you have zero deductible on insurance with some kind of forgiveness clause I would not turn it in.

Thanks for the replies.

Idk... its my first wrangler and I baby it.
Part of the reason I bought the white hard top & fenders is because the way it looks.
So now it just feels like an eye soar

Looks like it's time for a nice set of steel flat fenders. Next time the other guy will get the scrapes.
