is there a diff in yj and tj 4.0 driveshafts.got my tcase for my 4.0 swap and it has a sye on it.the guy has the front drivesgaft out of a yj and the rear sye driveshaft out of a tj.will this work.

it should as long as the drive shafts have the correct u-joint and proper length. u-joints should be the 1310. just measure the outside of u-joint and inside of yoke.

You will need to make sure the splines on the driveshaft and the final drive line out of the trans match up. But I don't see why these won't work. TJ, YJ, XJ, ZJ .... all this means is body style and different motors. Your older Jeeps 90-97 either had an AX-5(2.5L) or the AX-15(4.0l + 4.2L). Most of your Jeeps are basically the same as far as parts go. Hope this will help. :punk:

ive also got front and rear 4.2 driveshafts. will these work
