Alright my '99 4.0L I6 oil pan has started leaking lately, it's not to the point that it's so bad that I have to refill it all the time, but still i dont like leaks. I want to replace the rear main seal and the oil pan gasket. The only thing I'm worried about is the downpipe. Will I have to remove the whole downpipe system just to drop the pan? Or can I just unbolt it at the header and bring it down enough to have enough space to remove the pan? (Sorry for the the newbie wordmanship)
