Run, don't walk, from those things. Centrifugal superchargers run well over 50,000 RPM (I think procharger's limit is 70,000). I think turbos would be about the same. No way you could get those dinky little fans (they look like computer cooling fans) to spin at those speeds or move that voume of air required to get in the case of my Subaru 14psi of boost.

The $100 is more well spent on changing out for sythetic fluids and the like.
