This is my plan for my 94YJ. Any thoughts, opinons, or ideas would be appreciated.

1994 Lift Project:

1. Rough Country 4" Lift
2. Advance Adaptors SYE and Tom Woods Shaft
3. 1.5" Shackle lift front and rear
4. Trxus 33x12.50R16 Mud-Terrains
5. Cragar Soft 8 16x8 wheels
6. Daystar 1" Body Lift

The way I see it, this gives me plenty of lift, with the ability to go bigger down the road (heavier axles, etc) into 35" tire territory. This will be mainly a trail/beach/weekend-fun rig, not a daily driver.

Any thoughts? Is it excessive? What do you think?

Looks like your on the right track to me.

I'm still not a big fan of Ruff country because of some sagging issues, but the rumor was that they fixed it or have a new spring manufacturer(i think).
I would just make sure the kit comes with a drop pitman arm and extended brake lines. sometimes kits look good with low price but don't come with them.

i'd suggest soa instead of springs, shackles, body. much better performing than what you're talking about, better clearance, and you could get that kinda lift w/ soa + 1.5"or 2" springs.

CHECK OUT http://www.rustysoffroad.com under driveline parts. they have a package deal for advance adapters SYE and a Woods C.V. driveshaft for $480.00. good luck.
