This is my plan for my 94YJ. Any thoughts, opinons, or ideas would be appreciated.

1994 Lift Project:

1. Rough Country 4" Lift
2. Advance Adaptors SYE and Tom Woods Shaft
3. 1.5" Shackle lift front and rear
4. Trxus 33x12.50R16 Mud-Terrains
5. Cragar Soft 8 16x8 wheels
6. Daystar 1" Body Lift

The way I see it, this gives me plenty of lift, with the ability to go bigger down the road (heavier axles, etc) into 35" tire territory. This will be mainly a trail/beach/weekend-fun rig, not a daily driver.

Any thoughts? Is it excessive? What do you think?

Looks like your on the right track to me.

I'm still not a big fan of Ruff country because of some sagging issues, but the rumor was that they fixed it or have a new spring manufacturer(i think).
I would just make sure the kit comes with a drop pitman arm and extended brake lines. sometimes kits look good with low price but don't come with them.
