So I finally figured out how I wanted to lift my jeep and my tires/rims and something else comes up.
Load rating.

So I have a 15"jku with 3.73 gears auto
I planned on getting 33x12.5x15 duratracs
With level 8 tracker pro rims.
And a 2" spacer lift

But now I read that 15" rims does have the proper load rating.

Is this setup going to work? Will I keep my towing capacity?

Thanks for your help.

Load carrying capacity of the wheel is 2400 lbs. That's per wheel. Assuming a perfectly balanced distribution of weight on the vehicle, that would allow for up to 9600 lbs for the vehicle, passengers, cargo in the vehicle, and tongue weight of a trailer.

The actual weight of the trailer is irrelevant with respect to the wheel/tire load ratings, because the wheels/tires do not carry the weight of the trailer.
