So about a year ago I replaced my cracked exhaust manifold but ever since I put the new one on I have been in a constant struggle of tightening down the darn bolts. I’ve torqued them to spec, Ive torqued them past spec, and Ive used high temp loctite to try to keep them tight but they always vibrate lose! Anybody have a solution to this?

Thanks
Bryce

Are you using the spring lock washers that come from the factory? They are a thick washer that are concave in shape. I use anti-seize and they will stay tight.

This is exactly my problem. Threw them away when I replaced my manifold with new hardware. Ordering a set of 7 right now!
