I'd say I'm about 25% percent through replacing my exhaust manifold. I've removed the airfilter, all vacuum and electrical components, and disconnected the accelerator cord and bracket. When removing the fuel rail, it's suggested that you De-pressurise it first. How does one do this?

Will it spray everywhere if I don't, how do I proceed?!

I didn't disconnect anything on the fuel rail i just pulled the injectors then moved it out of the way in one piece

Do the injectors pull pretty easy? I don't want to be rough, but it feels like i might have ta be.

The fuel injectors are only held in place with two o-rings, just pull them gently from the fuel rail and you'll be fine. There isn't enough pressure in the fuel rail for it to be a problem, just place an absorbent towel under the first injector you remove so the fuel can drain out into it.
