I've still got a stock exhaust, but a good friend of mine just installed a Flowmaster Series 40 on his TJ and it sounds good. I haven't ridden with him on the highway, so I can't say how loud it is inside. At idle and revved up it sounds good. He swears it doesn't drone on the highway, but again, I don't have any personal experience with it on the highway. Some like the Banks and others like the Dynomax. There are soundclips on YouTube. Try to find someone who's already done an exhaust mod to see if you like it. Video can be deceiving, plus you'll want to see what it sounds like on the highway. Some exhausts will sound great in a driveway, but drone like hell on the road.
We're going wheeling at the first of the year. I'll get some road time in his TJ and I'll let you know how it sounds.
