It keeps aborting the start due to a problem with the hood. Any suggestions?

Dealership should fix under warranty I'd guess?

The switch will be located where the hood and fender meet. When the hood is closed it pushes the switch. I don't have remote so I can't tell you exactally where it is.

This. You can't miss it. It's a plunger type switch. Make sure it works; if it's in the down position, even with the hood up, you should be able to use the remote start. If it works make sure that it's in the proper position with the hood closed.
