Anybody running these on stock rubicon rims no lift or spacers?
Load range C, 6 ply
32.4 tall 10.8 wide
57 pounds
Any reason I couldn't or shouldn't replace my stock BFG 255/75r17 MTs with them?
The rest of the LT AT/3w are E range so they seem odd in the lineup.
Sorry to start another tire thread, hope it doesn't get me banned!
This tire stuff is confusing.

seems reasonable. they get great reviews and are pretty cheap.

They are 3PMSF rated, and nearly as aggressive as the ko2, was a tough decision for me too, but I wanted E load, and that put them at the same price as the ko2, so I went with them instead. I would not have regretted the at3w either from feedback I have found.

Double check that they are not AT01 as shown on the Discount Tire website. If you have found the AT3W as you noted above, they are 10 lb. heavier than the stock KM mud terrains.
I have ordered a set of AT3W's in 235-80-17 which are 49 lb, .8" narrower cross section (measured at about .4 or .5" narrower tread) and about 1/4" shorter than the stock KM's. The 235's are E rated.
Hopefully the .8" increase in width won't cause any rubbing for you. Otherwise they should be good, although the 235s are a lot cheaper on the DT website.

The Falken A/T3W is a heavy tire, even in P-metric sizing, but that's because the sidewalls are beefy and rugged. They'll easily out-perform the BFG KO2 in any conceivable category whether it be on road, off road, towing, rain traction, tread life, etc.

I went with KO2s and I'm regretting my choice 5,000 miles into the purchase due to heavy tread wear and throwing gravel like crazy, with some rain traction issues also. The Falken was such a better tire for less money.

I put A/T3W on a few weeks ago. The guy that put them on and took it for test was shocked how quite they are on the road. I love them so far. We have already had some snow and ice.
