The Jeep seems to run under the 210 mark not by a lot but before it used to run at 210 on the dot. I just want to make sure this won't hurt anything. I changed out the thermostat, upper and lower hoses and the radiator cap.

My heat does not seem to get hot now that I changed the thermostat...anyone else have this problem?

It's possible you installed a lower temperature thermostat, the factory specified temperature for the thermostat is 195 degrees. The three most common temperature model thermostats are 165, 180, or 195 degrees... 195 degrees is what you want.
