I was on the highway and a truck just dumped a few bricks and rocks...they hit my fender and just scratched it. I am surprised there was no dent. But there are noticeable scratches on the left fender.

I was thinking of buying the paint color of my jeep, but I don't know how to properly paint it over... And the scratches literally took the paint off and you can feel a dent.

What would you recommend?

Mopar touch-up paint.
I've got a set of primer, paint and clear coat (and the black paint for hardtop) in those tine nailpolish-style bottles. Pretty easy to apply and blends nicely when dried. Repaired some deep nasty dings on the door with it.

Smooth a rough edges of a scratch with fine sandpaper, clean with alcohol, then apply 2-3 thin layers of primer followed by 2-3 layers of paint, then finish with clear coat. Skip the primer step if scratch is not too deep.
