I just bought and installed a G2 aluminum cover for my rear dana 35 axle. (had to change the gear oil anyway). OEM is 3.5 Pints. Cover has no paperwork stating how much added capacity it holds. The fill plug is 1" higher than OEM-so if I was to use that as a guide the tubes would be full and probably take 5-6 qts. I called G2 factory-they don't know either, and they built it.( person took a stab at it and said same as OEM-I asked him what would be the point in buying am aluminum finned cover that is supposed to add extra capacity-only to add the same amount as before. Anyone seen anything in print? I can take a guess and be OK-but would rather have a correct amount (in pints/ounces/whatever). Thanks

My riddler covers have higher fill plugs as well. I filled with more than the factory amount, and ended up having a bunch of lube come out of the vent hose. Made a real mess. FYI
