I’m wanting to swap over to an 8.8 ford axle but not sure what all I need. What adapters will I need ik I’ll need mount brackets and disc brake line adapters but what about the 1310 flange adapter? I’d there anything else I’m leaving off?
For your flange adapter, verify the U-joint you have. It could be a 1310 or a 1330 series. If you have 1310, this may be a good time to upgrade to a 1330. You'll have to replace or have the driveshaft modified.
Don't forget shock mounts.
For the brake lines, you can use the stock Ford brake hoses. If I recall right, I used two passenger side hoses. You can reuse your stock t-block from the dana 35 mounted at the breather tube.
