I searched multiple times and could not find this question. I was curious if you all leave the knobs in the middle of top off? The big ones you use your hand for instead of a T40. I have left mine out but was wondering if they (like the door bolts) are ok to leave off? Thanks!

I leave mine in unless I'm planning on taking the top off again in the next day or so. I keep meaning to order that tool to make them easier to install and remove.

When I have my Hard Top on, I put them in.

I leave mine in. I only take the front panels out a few times a year, mostly spring time (May).

I use them only when I have just the freedom panels on.
Same here. If I run the front freedom top without the rear hardtop I use them for that rear support. If I run the whole hardtop I leave them out because they don't have a 'stop' build in, you can just keep tightening them until you break your seals or warp your hardtop and anything too tight usually creates leaks too.
