I have a 94 YJ with a 4in lift, within the last year I have a clunk noise coming form the front when I turn,
I have jacked the front wheels off the ground and noise disappers , as soon as I put weight on the wheels is starts again, All the wheels are tight and the wheel bearings seam tight, I torqued all the supension bolts and noise is still there,
Does anyone have a idea?

thank you

Might be the springs moving in the packs. I have this noise/clunk. Have someone turn the wheel back and forth while your in front. Watch the leaves and put your hand on them to see if you feel it.

Mine tend to do it more when it rains. If i wheel the jeep it goes away for a while and then comes back. Sometimes i soak the leaves in LPS1 but it still comes back after time.

Might help.

While you had the front end lifted did you check the u-joints on the axles? I checked mine while it was on a lift for another repair and I found a bad axle and 2 bad driveshaft u-joints. Don't know if that is the problem but thought I would toss it out there.
